| The buttons at the top the page represent projects in my portfolio from recent to early projects. They span my current interactive and sonic art to my early sculptural works.
A brief history: I received my BFA in ceramics at the Columbus College of Art and Design in Columbus, Ohio in 1996. The sculptural works from this time study raw materials as well as the functions and properties inherent in them - leading toward a future interest in child development and object-relationship theory. While I continued to work and exhibit in the surrounding Ohio area I maintained an interest in contemporary electronic music and technology. I moved to Portland, OR to attend graduate school and combine my interests in sculpture, technology and human development. I received my MFA in sculpture with an emphasis on interactive technologies from Portland State University in 2000. Currently I stay involved with the arts community and work on continuous projects such as CFAR in addition to my installation and performance pieces - as seen throughout my portfolio.
